Orders received before 3 pm are dispatched on the same day.

Ireland

Post standard delivery

Normal delivery may take 2-5 working days.

If an order has not been received by post Smoke green must wait 15 working days (3 weeks) before making a claim to An Post. If after 15 working days you have not received your order, please contact us at sales@ smokegreen.ie with your order number, name and address for assistance.

Delivery time by courier is 1-2 working days normally.

EU Countries

Deliveries to countries within the EU are usually delivered between 7-12 days from dispatch. In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 20 working days (4 weeks) before making a claim with An Post.

Outside of EU

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may take up to 30 days from dispatch to be delivered. In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 30 working days (6 weeks) before making a claim.
